Who I help

People often come to therapy at a point where something no longer feels sustainable.

For couples, it may be conflict that keeps repeating, or a growing sense of disconnection.

For individuals, it may be anxiety, uncertainty, or a feeling of being stuck in patterns that are hard to change.

I work with couples and individuals who are looking not just for solutions, but for a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns they carry.

I support clients navigating:

  • relationship conflict and communication challenges

  • emotional distance or disconnection

  • anxiety and overwhelm

  • life transitions and identity shifts

  • separation, divorce, and co-parenting

Couples Therapy

Individual Therapy

  • Individual Therapy offers space to better understand your internal world, and how it shapes your relationships and life.

I work with individuals who want to:

- understand anxiety and emotional patterns

- navigate life transitions and uncertainty

- explore identity and self - understanding

- shift patterns that show up in relationships

When communication breaks down, it’s often not about the surface issues, but the pattern underneath it.

Couples Therapy help you:

  • understand recurring conflict cycles

  • improve communication an reduce reactivity

  • rebuild trust and emotional connection

  • navigate important relationship decisions

How I Work

My approach is relational and psychodynamic, meaning we look at both what is happening in the present and the deeper patterns that have shaped it.

Together, we begin to understand not just what is happening—but why.

In our work, we may explore:

  • recurring emotional and relational patterns

  • early experiences and how they continue to show up

  • the ways anxiety or overwhelm take hold

  • how you experience yourself in relationship to others

I also integrate an awareness of the body and nervous system, helping you notice not just what you think, but what you feel and experience.

Therapy here is not about quick fixes.

It is about developing a deeper understanding that creates the possibility for more meaningful and lasting change.
